Rajasthan's Lighthouse for Film & Television Education
The Film and Television Institute of Rajasthan (FTIR) is a state-supported institute established to build a skilled, industry-ready workforce for Rajasthan's fast-growing film, television and digital content sector. Working closely with the Rajasthan Film Chamber of Commerce - RFCC, FTIR brings together academia, industry and government to strengthen the state's position as one of India's most sought-after filming destinations.
Rajasthan has long been a preferred backdrop for Indian and international productions from the palaces of Jaipur and Udaipur to the dunes of Jaisalmer. FTIR was founded to convert this location advantage into a genuine production ecosystem: training local talent across direction, cinematography, editing, sound design, screenwriting and production management, so that the crews behind the camera are as world-class as the locations in front of it.
Headoffice and Campus in Jaipur, FTIR offers Certificate and Advance Certificate Programs designed with industry practitioners, hands-on studio and location-based training, and direct pathways into Rajasthan's production houses, television studios and digital content companies.
